Since 2023, Jenny has served as the chairperson of the Bill Kenwright Group, overseeing its diverse branches, which include the theatre company, the film division, and the management of both the Theatre Royal Windsor and The Other Palace. She is also a Trustee of The Born Free Foundation and the founder of Mane Chance Sanctuary, a charity that is home to rescued and rehabilitated horses who then work alongside the staff to help people from the local community find respite and healing. In addition to her leadership roles, Jenny has enjoyed a distinguished acting career across stage, television, and film. Best known for her role as Jo Mills in the long-running BBC series Judge John Deed, she has also gained acclaim for her performances in films such as Local Hero, The Guardian, and Another Mother’s Son. In 1985, she starred in the miniseries A Woman of Substance, which remains Channel 4’s highest-rated programme. A celebrated theatre actress, Jenny has appeared in numerous productions, including The Constant Wife and The Exorcist, and she recently starred as Gertrude in the acclaimed adaptation of Hamlet at the Theatre Royal Windsor.
David has been producing and financing independent films for nearly two decades, playing a key role in notable projects such as The Lost Daughter (starring Olivia Coleman and Dakota Johnson), Arkansas (starring Vince Vaughn and John Malkovich) as well as genre hits 47 Meters Down and Bone Tomahawk. David has also Executive Produced a number of documentary projects, including Untouchable (Sundance 2019), McQueen (Bafta Nominee) and Tina.
Naomi George began her film career working for UK independent distribution label Axiom Films, before moving to Generator Entertainment to work across production and development. She executive produced My Pure Land, which in 2017 was nominated for the BIFA Discovery Award, the Michael Powell Award for Best British Feature at the Edinburgh International Film Festival and was the UK’s submission for the Foreign Language Oscar. Her other EP work includes Another Mother’s Son, Off The Rails, Heathers Live, The Shepherd, Hamlet, and upcoming projects Long Day’s Journey into Night, The Critic, Eternal Return and My Sister’s Bones.
Madeline Silton works across Production & Development at BK Studios. She began her career in commercial advertising as a production assistant for Yellow Tag Films, before working freelance across a variety of shows/films. Notable mentions include Patriot Act (Netflix), Stath Lets Flats (Channel 4), and Big Boys (Channel 4). She then worked within the Film & TV department at Global Artists UK with agent Kate Marston, managing talent such as Dani Moseley (A24’s Dreaming Whilst Black). She moved to BK Studios in January 2023.
Henry joined Madeline as a Production Coordinator at BK Studios in July 2024. Prior to this, he built a diverse freelance career as a Production Assistant and Assistant Director, working on high-end television, short films, and commercials. His credits include notable Netflix projects such as Inside the Ropes, One Day, and The Crown. In addition to his on-set experience, Henry has produced short films, music videos, and fringe theatre in both London and the Edinburgh Fringe. He has also worked as a script and book reader for several film and television companies.
Oli is the Development Coordinator at BK Studios. She began her career in non-scripted development at Fremantle and later Thames, before going freelance during the pandemic. She then moved to Studio Lambert, where she spent a year as Stephen Lambert and Tim Harcourt’s production assistant, before starting as a development researcher in the drama team, working on the script development process for Boarders (BBC) among other projects. Then, she joined Curtis Brown as Joe Phillips and Jenn Morgan's assistant. She moved to BK Studios in Autumn 2023.
